The Chairperson of the Institute for the Promotion of Disabled Manpower (IPDM) takes this opportunity of thanking and saluting the dedicated team and the injection of new members on the IPDM Board for their amazing commitment for without this sincere dedication to changing people’s lives, IPDM would fail in its endeavours.

Greetings to all our members and friends of IPDM!

IPDM continues to take giant strides into identifying the gaps in the employment market for people living with disabilities. Our theme ‘Theories of Change’ is not only a theme but an action of embracing, enhancing, exploring and encouraging the current trends in employment in the open labour market. IPDM is currently engaging the corporate sector in a more coherent way by understanding their needs parallel to the potential of candidates for employment. After two successful Job Summits the DEF appointed IPDM to co-ordinate the next Summit which is geared to take place in October 2016 which will include the corporate sector taking a more prominent role in the panel discussions. The advice desks have become a creative mechanism in exploring Enterprise Development / Creative hubs for the unemployed men and women in the areas where the advice desks operate.

I take this opportunity of thanking and saluting the dedicated team and the injection of new members on the IPDM Board for their amazing commitment for without this sincere dedication to changing people’s lives, IPDM would fail in its endeavours.
